The project was designed to elevate the existing space through subtle architectural refinement, clean detailing, and a contemporary neutral palette.

Spatial flow was carefully considered to create openness and visual continuity across living, dining, and kitchen areas. Natural light plays a key role in defining the interiors, complemented by soft finishes, minimalist joinery, and seamless material transitions.

Executed through a structured design-and-build approach, the works were delivered with precision across architectural detailing, interior finishes, and coordinated MEP integration. The result is a calm, modern residence that reflects understated luxury while maintaining harmony with the Golden Mile’s upscale setting.
